✨ Here and now
Who am I now?
Someone drawn to the spaces where people, learning, change and technology meet. The places where something is shifting, but not everyone has words for it yet.
Someone who is constantly working on herself, learning and growing, trying to support others on their journey through facilitation, coaching and mediation — and at the same time
someone who sometimes fails on her own path, who struggles, who doubts, but keeps choosing not to give up and to become a better person for herself.
What am I noticing?
That real change does not happen only in systems or tools, but in how people understand what is happening around them. In the small moments when a team, a person or an idea needs a spark to move forward.
Why am I here?
To explore these moments. To capture thoughts before they disappear. To give shape to questions I do not want to lose.
Where am I going?
Not toward a finished answer, but toward an experiment. A space where I can think, reflect and share small sparks along the way.
This space is not meant to be a perfect platform. It is more of a workshop, a notebook and a small fire.
A place for thoughts that are still forming.
For questions I do not want to lose.
For reflections from ordinary days.
For small sparks about people, change, learning, courage, technology and the invisible work that helps things move.
I do not know exactly what this will become.
And maybe that is the point.
So here I begin.
